Group sessions are hosted either online or in-person. These groups have a theme and everyone is breathing together around that theme.
These groups can be impactful because of the collective energy that is processed and released. There is comfort in knowing that others are working on this as well. Plus being able to share with someone you don't know and probably will never see again what your intentions are can be liberating in a way we don't experience in our every day life anymore.
These groups start off with a grounding meditation, more information around the theme before we begin the breathwork.
Virtual groups will have a recording that will be available for a limited time. That way you can come back and listen again. In-Person groups will start promptly on time and late comers are not admitted.
